Our Story
Synergy Securities traces its origins to the strategic acquisition of Misr Financial Investments Company (MFIC) by a consortium led by Synergy Capital. This pivotal transaction, valued at EGP 79.5 million, marked a significant milestone in the financial services sector.

MFIC, established in 1984, is one of Egypt's oldest financial services firms, offering securities brokerage, custody, asset management, and investment banking services.

Synergy Capital, founded in 2013 and based in Cairo, Egypt, has a strong track record in financial advisory services. Since its inception, the firm has successfully closed multiple transactions totaling over US$2 billion and is currently managing 22 deals valued at over EGP 1 billion.
